Penerangan Perniagaan

MyEnvoice adalah perkhidmatan SaaS yang menukar invois sedia ada (PDF atau imej) kepada fail XLSX yang mematuhi format BatchSubmission-v2 LHDN, sedia untuk dimuat naik terus ke portal MyInvois. Kami menggunakan pengekstrakan berkuasa AI (Google Gemini) untuk membaca medan invois — nama pembekal, TIN, item baris, cukai, jumlah — dan memetakannya kepada medan e-Invois LHDN yang betul, tanpa memerlukan kemasukan data manual.

Pasaran sasaran kami adalah perusahaan kecil dan sederhana (PKS) di Malaysia, akauntan dan pembukku yang perlu memenuhi mandat e-Invois LHDN tetapi tidak mempunyai sistem ERP dengan integrasi e-Invois terbina-dalam. Kami juga menawarkan akses melalui WhatsApp untuk peniaga yang lebih selesa menggunakan telefon berbanding pelayar web.

Produk

Produk kami ialah alat penukaran, bukan sistem penyerahan e-Invois. Aliran kerjanya:

  1. Pengguna memuat naik invois (PDF/JPEG/PNG, maksimum 20 MB / 20 halaman setiap fail) melalui pelayar web atau WhatsApp.
  2. AI mengekstrak medan invois dan memaparkannya dalam bentuk wizard semakan — setiap medan amaun wang mesti disahkan secara manual oleh pengguna melalui kotak semak sebelum diteruskan.
  3. Sistem menjana fail BatchSubmission-v2.xlsx — baris 1–5 (metadata LHDN) dan 10 helaian rujukan (kod MSIC, mata wang, dll.) dikekalkan tanpa diubah; data pengguna ditulis bermula baris 6.
  4. Pengguna memuat turun XLSX dan memuat naiknya sendiri ke portal MyInvois LHDN.

Kami tidak menghantar penyerahan ke LHDN bagi pihak pengguna, tidak mengendalikan sijil digital, dan tidak menyimpan TIN atau kelayakan LHDN pengguna — kami hanya menjana fail.

Peringkat semasa: Produk telah dilancarkan dan sedang beroperasi secara langsung (bukan prototaip). Wizard penukaran web dan modul WhatsApp kedua-duanya aktif untuk pengguna sebenar, dengan sistem pengebilan berasaskan kredit (bayar mengikut jumlah halaman diproses) dan langganan bulanan. Antara muka disokong dalam Bahasa Malaysia, Inggeris, Cina dan Tamil.

About MyEnvoice

Business Description

MyEnvoice is a SaaS product that converts existing invoices (PDF or image files) into an XLSX file matching LHDN's BatchSubmission-v2 format, ready to be uploaded directly to the MyInvois portal. We use AI-powered extraction (Google Gemini) to read invoice fields — supplier name, TIN, line items, tax, totals — and map them to the correct LHDN e-Invoice fields, removing the need for manual data entry.

Our target market is Malaysian small and medium enterprises (SMEs), accountants and bookkeepers who need to meet LHDN's e-Invoicing mandate but do not have an ERP system with e-Invoicing built in. We also offer a WhatsApp-based flow for business owners who prefer using their phone over a web browser.

Product

Our product is a conversion tool, not an e-Invoice submission system. The workflow is:

  1. The user uploads an invoice (PDF/JPEG/PNG, max 20 MB / 20 pages per file) via the web app or WhatsApp.
  2. AI extracts the invoice fields and presents them in a review wizard — every monetary amount field must be explicitly confirmed by the user via a checkbox before proceeding.
  3. The system generates a BatchSubmission-v2.xlsx file — rows 1–5 (LHDN metadata) and the 10 reference sheets (MSIC codes, currency codes, etc.) are left untouched; user data is written starting at row 6.
  4. The user downloads the XLSX and uploads it themselves to the LHDN MyInvois portal.

We do not submit anything to LHDN on the user's behalf, do not handle digital certificates, and do not store the user's TIN or LHDN credentials — we only generate the file.

Current stage: the product is live in production (not a prototype). Both the web conversion wizard and the WhatsApp module are active for real users, backed by a credit-based billing system (pay per page processed) and monthly subscriptions. The interface is available in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese and Tamil.
